I wanted to ensure that our families were aware of our 1:00 PM dismissals on Tuesday, October 22nd, and Thursday, October 24th.
We will have just one lunch period on these two days, which will be served starting at 12:30 (after our 8th-period class). Lunch will be a grab-and-go option. Students who drive or are picked up by a parent/guardian may leave starting at 12:30 from their designated areas.
Bus riders will be able to stay and eat lunch before getting on their bus to head home.

7th Grade/ New Student Orientation is tonight from 6-7pm at the HS. We hope to see you there!
EBF Jr/Sr High will host 7th grade/New student orientation on Tuesday, August 20th, from 6:00 - 7:00 PM. Students will have the opportunity to get their schedules, find their classrooms, find their lockers, and meet teachers and staff. We look forward to seeing you there! JH Boys BB games for tonight have been postponed. New date TBD. There will be NO practice tonight.
Due to impending weather, the JH wrestling meet for tonight has been postponed. A make up date is TBD.
Picture retakes for the Jr/Sr High are on Tuesday, October 24th. They should be here around 11:30 to accommodate those who have IHCC classes and missed the initial picture day. If your student is doing retakes, they just need to bring the old ones to return.
From the Counseling Office: Attention Junior and Senior families! Come to EBF Jr/Sr High School on Thursday, October 19th at 6:00 pm to learn more about Planning and Paying for College! This is a great event you don't want to miss!
From the Counseling Office: All 8th grade students will be attending an IHCC Career Day on Friday, October 27th. We will leave school at 9:10 and arrive back at approximately 1:30. Please contact Amy Spurgeon with any questions!
Wednesday, September 13th is Picture Day at the Jr/Sr High. Picture packets went home with students on Friday. Extra packets are available in the office.
All students schedules will be printed out and available in the morning outside the front office. We understand this is later than past years, but please be patient with us as we work through some logistics. There will be NO zero hour on the first day of school.

Reminder- JH Academic Awards on Wednesday, May 31st @ 1:30pm. If you received a letter in the mail, your student is receiving something. Parents are welcome to attend and if students have a ride home, they may leave afterwards. Bus students will be dismissed at normal 3:20 dismissal time.
From the Guidance Office:
Over the next couple of days, Mrs. Spurgeon and Mrs. Helm will be starting the class registration process with our students.
They will meet Monday (today) with 7th and 9th. Tuesday they will meet with 8th, 10th, and 11th.
Each student will be given a class list and requirements for their grade level. This registration MUST be signed off by a parent and returned to their Rocket Time teacher. So please make sure to check with your child to get this signed and returned by FRIDAY, May 5th.
If your student does not return a parent signed form, they will be scheduled for classes, but it might not be their first choices.
Reminder- Tuesday, April 25th is SUPER TUESDAY. 7th-11th graders will be testing the PSAT/SAT. SENIORS do NOT need to report to school. If your child is in good academic standing (no D/F's) they are free to leave after testing if they have a ride. If your student has a D/F, they will be staying to work with teachers until normal dismissal time. Buses will run at normal dismissal time of 3:20pm.
It's Prom Day!! The doors open to view decorations from 6-7pm. At 6:45pm, the kids will parade through the circle drive then enter the building for Promenade in the gym @7pm. EBF.TV will be covering all the action if you can't make it.
Due to PSAT/SAT testing with the 7-11th graders on Tuesday, April 25th. SENIORS will NOT need to be in attendance that day.
There will be a JH Baseball Parent/Player Meeting on Wednesday, April 19th - 6pm in HS Library
There is NO JH track practice after school today due to the early out @ 1pm.
Monday, March 20th will be a Day 2.
