Color Guard Try-Outs this Saturday, May 14th - 9-11:30am @ HS for all interested 6th-11th graders - lunch will be provided - contact Mrs. Fairchild for questions - dezirae.fairchild@rocketsk12.org
State Qualifying Track Meet - Thursday - 4pm start at the HS in Eddyville - all tickets must be purchased online at https://www.iahsaa.org/tickets/ - Activity passes are not accepted for this state sponsored meet
JH Baseball & Softball practices will be starting today - 3:45-5:30pm
Both teams will be practicing on the fields located at the HS with the activity bus loading/leaving from the circle drive at 5:30pm.
JH SB Parents Meeting will take place on Tuesday 5:30pm
JH Bsb Parents Meeting will take place on Wednesday- 5:30pm
We are looking for 12 individuals or a group that can work our concession stand this Thursday from 4pm-9:30pm for the state qualifying track meet. This is a paid position - if interested please contact Curt Johnston at curt.johnston@rocketsk12.org or 969-4288.
Monday, May 9th - 7pm - HS Front Gym - Coach Whitehall & football coaching staff will be meeting with all incoming 7th-12th graders interested in playing football next fall. He will discuss the summer weight room expectations/schedule.

The HS track meet at Van Buren is still scheduled to start at 4:30pm with both running and field events starting at the same time.
Decision on HS girls golf meet at Davis County will be made by 1pm today - the meet is slated for a 4pm start
We're seeking volunteers to help with any of our upcoming track meets - if available please contact curt.johnston@rocketsk12.org. Dates that we are hosting include tonight (April 21), 25, 26, May 3, 6, 12. No prior experience is needed
JH Track @ Cardinal has been cancelled for today - April 18th
Music Booster Pop Can Drive - April 23
Anyone that has cans can set them out to be picked up or they can call Mrs. Fairchild at the HS (969-4288) and arrangements will be made for them to be picked up that morning.
JH Track @ Centerville has been cancelled for today, Friday, April 8th.
HS Boys Track Meet @ Osky - April 7th has been cancelled and it will not be rescheduled
The HS Girls track meet scheduled for April 7th at EBF has been cancelled due to poor conditions. The meet will not be rescheduled.
Track Meet Status Tonight - April 5th - HS Girls track is still on with running events starting at 4:30pm & HS Boys track is still on with a 4pm start (running/field events to start at same time).
We will use this format to push any/all changes to spring events as weather can provide challenges. Currently the HS boys track meet at Davis County is scheduled for a 4pm start - no other changes at this time for today's events.
